บริษัท สหวิริยาสตีลอินดัสตรี จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ เอสเอสไอ (SSI) จัดกิจกรรม “SSI Trainer Day 2025” ครั้งที่ 12 ประจำปี 2568 เพื่อแสดงความขอบคุณแก่ วิทยากรภายในและพี่เลี้ยงนักศึกษาฝึกงาน ที่ได้เสียสละเวลาในการถ่ายทอดความรู้และประสบการณ์อันมีคุณค่าให้แก่พนักงานและนักศึกษาฝึกงานตลอดปี 2567 ที่ผ่านมา
ภายในงานได้รับเกียรติจาก นายสุทิน ประเสริฐศักดิ์ นายอำเภอบางสะพาน และ นายนาวา จันทนสุรคน กรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ บริษัท สหวิริยาสตีลอินดัสตรี จำกัด (มหาชน) ร่วมเป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดงาน พร้อมด้วยแขกผู้มีเกียรติ ได้แก่ คุณประนำศักดิ์ เส็งสาย สวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ คุณสมใจ ผลทวี ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน 36 ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ คุณนิมิตร ศรียาภัย ผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยเทคนิคบางสะพาน, รวมถึงคณะผู้บริหาร วิทยากรภายใน และพี่เลี้ยงนักศึกษา
ในรอบปี 2567 ที่ผ่านมา บริษัทฯ ได้จัดอบรมภายในรวมทั้งสิ้น 138 หลักสูตร โดยมี วิทยากรภายในจำนวน 67 คนและ พี่เลี้ยงนักศึกษาฝึกงาน 28 คนถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ให้กับพนักงานและนักศึกษาฝึกงาน เพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาทักษะในสายอาชีพอย่างต่อเนื่อง

SSI Strengthens Its Learning Organization Culture
Hosts “Trainer Day 2025” to Honor Internal Trainers and Internship Mentors

Sahaviriya Steel Industries Public Company Limited (SSI) organized the “SSI Trainer Day 2025”, the 12th annual event to express appreciation to the company’s internal trainers and internship mentors for their dedication in sharing valuable knowledge and experience with employees and interns throughout 2024.

The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Suthin Prasertsak, District Chief of Bangsaphan, and Mr. Nava Chantanasurakon, President of SSI, who presided over the opening ceremony. Distinguished guests included Mr. Pranamsak Sengsai, Provincial Labor Protection and Welfare Officer of Prachuap Khiri Khan, Ms. Somjai Pholthawee, Director of Skill Development Institute 36 Prachuap Khiri Khan, and Mr. Nimit Sriyaphai, Director of Bangsaphan Technical College, together with SSI executives, internal trainers, and internship mentors. Throughout 2024, SSI organized a total of 138 in-house training programs, led by 67 internal trainers and 28 internship mentors, to strengthen employee competencies and provide hands-on learning experiences for interns—reflecting SSI’s commitment to becoming a true learning organization.
