บริษัท สหวิริยาสตีลอินดัสตรี จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ เอสเอสไอ จัดพิธีแสดงความยินดีกับผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาในโครงการผลิตบัณฑิตพันธุ์ใหม่ หลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตร (Non-Degree) รุ่นที่ 2 ซึ่งเป็นความร่วมมือกับมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี (มจธ.) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนากำลังคนด้านเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการขององค์กรในยุคดิจิทัล สร้างบุคลากรที่มีทักษะเชิงปฏิบัติ พร้อมแก้ปัญหาและพัฒนาโครงการจริงได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
โครงการประกอบด้วย 3 หลักสูตร ได้แก่ Data Analyst, UX/UI Designer และ AI Developer มีพนักงานเข้าร่วมอบรมรวมทั้งสิ้น 133 คน ตลอดหลักสูตรผู้เรียนได้ผ่านกระบวนการเรียนรู้เชิงลึกและนำเสนอผลงานจริง (Final Project Presentation) ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้ช่วยเพิ่มศักยภาพในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การออกแบบประสบการณ์ผู้ใช้ และพัฒนานวัตกรรม AI ให้กับองค์กร ทำให้เอสเอสไอสามารถยกระดับบุคลากรภายใน สร้างทีมงานที่มีความพร้อมรับมือความท้าทายด้านเทคโนโลยี และขับเคลื่อนองค์กรสู่การเติบโตอย่างมั่นคงและยั่งยืน โดยในพิธีได้รับเกียรติจากนายณรงค์ฤทธิ์ โชตินุชิตตระกูล ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่อาวุโส ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่การเงินกลุ่ม นายทนงศักดิ์ แข่งขัน ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ หัวหน้าสายผลิต เอสเอสไอ และผศ.ดร.ณรงค์ฤทธิ์ วราภรณ์ คณบดีคณะเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศอธิการบดี มจธ. เข้าร่วมแสดงความยินดีแก่ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา และมอบรางวัลจากการเรียนด้านต่างๆ
SSI–KMUTT Strengthen Partnership to Develop Digital Steel Talents
Sahaviriya Steel Industries Public Company Limited (SSI) held a congratulatory ceremony for graduates of the Digital Steel Talent Development Program, Cohort 2, under the New-Generation Graduate initiative in collaboration with King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT). The program aims to cultivate workforce competencies in technology and innovation, aligning with the company’s digital transformation goals and developing practical problem-solving skills for real industrial applications.
The program features three key courses — Data Analyst, UX/UI Designer, and AI Developer — with a total of 133 SSI employees participating. Throughout the course, participants engaged in in-depth, hands-on learning and presented their Projects, applying knowledge directly to SSI’s operational and digital initiatives. The outcomes have significantly enhanced the company’s capabilities in data analytics, user experience design, and artificial intelligence development — empowering SSI to build a digitally skilled workforce ready to tackle future technological challenges and drive the organization toward sustainable growth. The ceremony was honored by the presence of Mr. Narongrit Chotnuchittrakul, Senior Vice President, Group Chief Financial Officer; Mr. Thanongsak Khaengkhan, Vice President, Head of Head of Manufacturing Division SSI; and Asst. Prof. Dr.Narongrit Waraporn, Dean of the School of Information Technology, KMUTT. All extended their congratulations to the graduates and presented awards for outstanding achievement across the program’s learning tracks. Through this continued collaboration, SSI and KMUTT reaffirm their commitment to developing digital steel professionals who combine industrial expertise with cutting-edge digital skills — a vital step in driving Thailand’s steel industry toward innovation and long-term sustainability.
