Prachuap Port Company Limited and Line Transport Company Limited led by Mr. Chaiyapat Khemaphirak, General Manager of Prachuap Port Company Limited took the employees to participate in CSR Day Project Training arranged by Thaipat Institute at Bangkok Office and Bangsaphan Plant office. The objectives were to create the right knowledge and understanding on arrangement and access to CSR Processes pursuant to the policy and vision of the management on undertaking of social responsibility activities. The participants have participated in activities both in theory and practical session which consisting of enhancement activity on basic knowledge and understanding of the right CSR (learning session), knowledge exchange among the employees (exercise session) and group brainstorming activity (workshop session) in order to find the appropriate CSR for the organization. Those activities aimed to create the “participating process of the employees” in CSR projects of the organization, so that “Every Working Day is a CSR Day”.

ท่าเรือ – ไลน์ ร่วมโครงการ CSR DAY

บริษัท ท่าเรือประจวบ จำกัด และ บริษัท ไลน์ ทรานสปอร์ต จำกัด นำโดย นายชัยภัทร เขมาภิรักษ์ กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท ท่าเรือประจวบ จำกัด นำคณะพนักงาน ร่วมอบรมใน โครงการ CSR DAY โดย สถาบันไทยพัฒน์ ณ สำนักงานกรุงเทพ และโรงงานบางสะพาน ทั้งนี้เพื่อสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการทำกิจกรรม CSR ที่ถูกต้อง เข้าถึง และ เป็นไปตามนโยบาย วิสัยทัศน์ของผู้บริหารในการดำเนินกิจกรรม เพื่อความรับผิดชอบทางสังคม โดยในครั้งนี้ ผู้เข้าอบรมได้ร่วมกิจกรรมความรู้ทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและปฏิบัติ ประกอบด้วย กิจกรรมเสริมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจ CSR เบื้องต้นที่ถูกต้อง (learning session) กิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ในหมู่พนักงาน (exercise session) และกิจกรรมระดมความคิดกลุ่ม (workshop session) เพื่อค้นหา CSR ที่เหมาะสมสำหรับองค์กร ซึ่งกิจกรรมทั้งหมดนี้มุ่งให้เกิด “กระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของพนักงาน” ในกิจกรรม CSR ขององค์กร เพื่อให้ “ทุกๆ วันของการทำงาน เป็นวัน CSR”
