SSI visits Beerthai (1991) brewery

The group was welcomed Khun Anan Borvornrattanakosol, Vice President – HR . He also gave the group presentation on its business profile, production process and technology, environmental management and corporate social responsibility.

SSI received certificate of honor for contribution to religious institute

watkhaobotPhra Rajcha Sitthiyan, Monk Dean of Bangsaphan District recently presented the Certificate of honor to Khun Kittisak Mapanao , Vice President of Sahaviriya Steel Industrial PCL or SSI as the private organization’s significant contribution to religious institute in Bangsaphan in the occasion of monetary support 163,963 baht for renovation of Wat Khao Bot, the Royal Temple under the 4th SSI Arsa project. This activities were participated by the management team, officers of SSI and Sahaviriya Group together with the local people to painted the battlements and King of Nagas steps to Khao Bot Buddhist sanctuary.

เอสเอสไอรับมอบใบอนุโมทนาบัตรองค์กรอุปถัมภ์ศาสนสถาน

พระราชสิทธิญาณ เจ้าคณะอำเภอบางสะพาน มอบใบอนุโมทนาบัตร ให้กับ กิตติศักดิ์ มาพะเนาว์ ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่สายการผลิต บมจ.สหวิริยาสตีลอินดัสตรี หรือ เอสเอสไอ ในฐานะเป็นองค์กรเอกชนที่อุปถัมภ์ศาสนสถานในเขตอำเภอบางสะพาน โดยการบริจาคปัจจัยจำนวน 163,963 บาท (หนึ่งแสนหกหมื่นสามพันเก้าร้อยหกสิบสามบาทถ้วน) เพื่อใช้ในการบูรณะวัดเขาโบสถ์ พระอารามหลวง ภายใต้โครงการ “เอสเอสไออาสา ครั้งที่ 4” โดยนำคณะผู้บริหาร พนักงาน และประชาชนในพื้นที่ร่วมกัน ทาสีพญานาคบันไดทางขึ้นพระอุโบสถ กำแพงวัด และกำแพงแก้วรอบพระอุโบสถ์

SSI Signed MOU for Corporate Social Responsibility Projects

mou-csr-diwMr.Jira Chotinuchit, Vice President – office of the President , Sahaviriya Steel Industries Plc. or SSI, jointly signed a memorandum of understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility Projects(CSR-DIW)with Department of Industrial Works and other industrial operators from 100 companies. The objective is to show the company intention in corporate social and community responsibility which SSI has been done continually, presided over by Mr.Ratchada Singalavanija ,Director-general of Department of Industrial Works , an adviser to the Industry Minister at Arnoma Bangkok Hotel.

เอสเอสไอร่วมลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงโครงการ CSR DIW

นายจิร โชตินุชิต ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ ประจำสำนักกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ บริษัท สหวิริยาสตีลอินดัสตรี จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือเอสเอสไอ ร่วมลงนามในบันทึกข้อตกลง (MOU) ใน “โครงการสนับสนุนให้ผู้ประกอบการมีความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม (CSR – DIW)” ร่วมกับ กรมโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม และกลุ่มผู้ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรม 100 ราย เพื่อแสดงเจตนารมย์ในการเป็นสถานประกอบการที่ให้ความสำคัญต่อการมีความรับผิดชอบต่อชุมชน สังคม ซึ่งเป็นนโยบายหลักที่เอสเอสไอได้ดำเนินการมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยมี นายรัชดา สิงคาลวณิช อธิบดีกรมโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม เป็นประธาน ณ โรงแรมอโนมา กรุงเทพฯ

Don’t miss Sahaviriya Summer Camp 2009

Sahaviriya Group has invited Bangsaphan (BSP) youths in primary 4-6 to enroll “ Sahaviriya Summer Camp#6 ” which will be held during 21 to 30 April 2009 at Bang Saphan School, Prachuap Kirikhun. This camp has been divided into 4 categories: English Camp, Computer Camp , Football Camp and Cooking Camp in order to create integrated knowledge to BSP youth through learning process both in theory part and practical part. This project was interested by many youths and their parents.

 น้องๆชาวบางสะพานพลาดไม่ได้ “สหวิริยาซัมเมอร์แคมป์”

เครือสหวิริยา เปิดรับสมัครเยาวชนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 – 6 ที่สนใจเข้าร่วม “โครงการสหวิริยาซัมเมอร์แคมป์ ครั้งที่ 6” ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 21-30 เมษายนนี้ ณ โรงเรียนบางสะพาน อ.บางสะพาน จ.ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เพื่อร่วมกิจกรรมค่ายความรู้จำนวน 4 ค่าย คือ ค่ายภาษาอังกฤษ ค่ายคอมพิวเตอร์ ค่ายฟุตบอล และค่ายเสริมสร้างวิชาชีพ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อส่งเสริมความรู้เชิงบูรณาการให้กับเยาวชนได้เพิ่มพูนความรู้ผ่านทักษะกระบวนการเรียนรู้จากภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติ โดยได้รับความสนใจจากเยาวชนและผู้ปกครองเป็นจำนวนมาก

Donation of Educational Materials for Daily News’s CSR Project

dsc_1231-1SSI, represented by Khun Padungsak Pranudomrat, Public and Community Relations Office Manager, recently bestowed stationary and educational materials for Daily News’s CSR Project to Khun Prapa Hetrakul Srinualnad, Publisher & Editor and Khun Sommai Yanoi, Chief Reporter at Daily News Head Office. This project is held to donate money, educational tools and other necessary things to Baan Pratoo Dan School in the remote area of Kanchanaburi Province.
