อุบัติเหตุจากการทำงานเป็นศูนย์ SSI -TCRSS รับรางวัล Zero Accident Campaign 2025

เมื่อวันที่ 2 กันยายน 2568 ที่ผ่านมา นายทนงศักดิ์ แข่งขัน ผู้ช่วยกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ หัวหน้าสายการผลิต บริษัท สหวิริยาสตีลอินดัสตรี จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ “SSI” และนายสุชาติ บุญแก้ว ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบริหารความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อมโรงงาน บริษัท เหล็กแผ่นรีดเย็นไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ “TCRSS” รับมอบโล่ประกาศเกียรติคุณระดับเงิน และระดับทองแดง ตามลำดับ ณ โรงแรม เอส.ดี. อเวนิว กรุงเทพฯ ซึ่งเป็นรางวัลของกิจกรรมการรณรงค์ลดสถิติอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงานให้เป็นศูนย์ ประจำปี 2568 (Zero Accident Campaign 2025) จาก ดร.นันทชัย ปัญญาสุรฤทธิ์ ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันส่งเสริมความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน สถาบันส่งเสริมความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน (องค์การมหาชน) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมให้สถานประกอบกิจการมีความมุ่งมั่นในการป้องกันการเกิดอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงาน บนพื้นฐานแนวคิดที่ว่าอุบัติเหตุที่มีสาเหตุเกี่ยวเนื่องกับการทำงานสามารถป้องกันได้ โดยการลดสถิติการประสบอันตรายในสถานประกอบกิจการให้เป็นศูนย์ ผ่านการวางแผนและบริหารจัดการความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง ยังเป็นผลให้เกิดวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัยเพื่อแรงงานปลอดภัยและสุขภาพอนามัยดี
รางวัลดังกล่าวแสดงถึงความมุ่งมั่นของSSI และTCRSSในการขับเคลื่อนวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัยภายในองค์กรอย่างเข้มเเข็ง จนทำให้ในปี 2567 สถิติอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงานเท่ากับ 0 ค่าอัตราความถี่การบาดเจ็บถึงขั้นหยุดงาน (LTIFR) ของ SSI และ TCRSS เท่ากับ 0 โรคจากการทำงานและอุบัติการณ์ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมเท่ากับ 0 สามารถบรรลุเป้าหมายของบริษัทได้สำเร็จ ส่งผลให้ค่าอัตราความถี่การบาดเจ็บถึงขั้นหยุดงาน (LTIFR) ภาพรวมของกลุ่มเหล็กสหวิริยามีค่าเท่ากับ 0 ซึ่งลดลงจากปี 2566 อยู่ที่ 0.82 อันเป็นผลมาจากบริษัทในกลุ่มเหล็กสหวิริยา ทุ่มเท และให้ความสำคัญในการรณรงค์ ส่งเสริมการลดอุบัติเหตุจากการทำงาน สร้างจิตสำนึกและปลูกฝังให้พนักงานทุกคนมีความตระหนักด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานอย่างจริงจัง รวมทั้งได้ทำการปรับปรุงขั้นตอนการทำงานให้มีความปลอดภัยมากขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง

SSI and TCRSS Honored for Outstanding Safety Performance at Zero Accident Campaign 2025

On September 2, 2025, Mr. Tanongsak Kaengkhan, Vice President and Head of Manufacturing Division at Sahaviriya Steel Industries Public Company Limited (“SSI”), and Mr. Suchart Boonkrew, Safety & Environmental Management Manager at Thai Cold Rolled Steel Sheet Public Company Limited (“TCRSS”), received the Silver and Bronze honorary plaques, respectively, at the S.D. Avenue Hotel, Bangkok. The awards were presented by Dr. Nanchai Panyasurarit, Director of the Institute for the Promotion of Occupational Safety, Health and Environment in the Workplace (Public Organization), under the Zero Accident Campaign 2025.

The campaign encourages organizations to commit to preventing workplace accidents, based on the principle that work-related incidents are preventable. Through continuous improvements in occupational safety, health, and environmental management, companies are able to reduce accidents to zero while fostering a strong culture of safety and well-being.

The recognition highlights SSI’s and TCRSS’s unwavering commitment to embedding safety as a core value within their organizations. In 2024, both companies recorded zero workplace accidents, achieving a Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) of 0, along with zero occupational diseases and zero environmental incidents, fully meeting their corporate safety objectives.

Consequently, the overall LTIFR of the SSI Group also decreased to 0 in 2024, marking a significant improvement from 0.82 in 2023. This achievement reflects the Group’s strong dedication to safety awareness, the continuous enhancement of work processes, and instilling responsibility among employees to maintain safe practices at all times.

8 โรงเรียนรู้เรื่องเหล็กกับโลกใบเล็กของเราครูอาสาสหวิริยาสอนน้องบางสะพานรุ่น 14

กลุ่มเหล็กสหวิริยา เดินหน้าส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมจิตอาสาขององค์กร โดยพนักงานจิตอาสาจำนวน 16 คน เข้าร่วมเป็น “ครูอาสา รุ่นที่ 14” ถ่ายทอดความรู้และประสบการณ์ในหลักสูตรท้องถิ่นหัวข้อ “เหล็กกับชีวิตประจำวัน” และ “อุตสาหกรรมเหล็กกับการพัฒนาชุมชน” ให้แก่นักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4–6 จำนวน 485 คน จาก 8 โรงเรียนในอำเภอบางสะพาน ได้แก่ โรงเรียนบ้านหนองระแวง โรงเรียนวัดดอนยาง โรงเรียนวัดนาผักขวง โรงเรียนบ้านท่าขาม โรงเรียนบ้านดอนสำราญ โรงเรียนบางสะพาน โรงเรียนอนุบาลบางสะพาน และโรงเรียนบ้านชะม่วง
กิจกรรมดังกล่าวเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของ โครงการพัฒนาความรู้อุตสาหกรรมเหล็กสู่หลักสูตรท้องถิ่น ซึ่งริเริ่มตั้งแต่ปี 2555 ภายใต้ความร่วมมือระหว่างกลุ่มเหล็กสหวิริยา สถานศึกษา และชุมชนในพื้นที่ โดยได้พัฒนาหลักสูตรท้องถิ่นใน 8 โรงเรียนบางสะพาน และได้รับความเห็นชอบจากคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษานำไปใช้ในการเรียนการสอนจริง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้เยาวชนได้เรียนรู้จากสิ่งแวดล้อมและชุมชนที่อาศัยอยู่ พร้อมเสริมสร้างทักษะและองค์ความรู้ที่สอดคล้องกับบริบทสังคมในท้องถิ่น นำไปสู่การพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตและสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างยั่งยืน ขณะเดียวกันยังเป็นการสร้างเวทีให้อาสาสมัครพนักงานได้ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้เฉพาะด้านอุตสาหกรรมเหล็ก เชื่อมโยงสู่การเรียนรู้ของเยาวชนในพื้นที่อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

Eight Schools Learn About “Steel and Our Small World”
SSI Volunteer Teachers Inspire Bangsaphan Students, Class 14

The Sahaviriya Steel Group continues to promote a culture of volunteerism within the organization through its “Volunteer Teacher Program.” This year, 16 employee volunteers joined as the 14th generation of Volunteer Teachers, sharing knowledge and experiences with 485 students from Grades 4–6 across eight schools in Bangsaphan District.

Under the specially designed local curriculum, students learned through two key topics: “Steel in Everyday Life” and “The Steel Industry and Community Development.” The participating schools included Ban Nong Rawaeng, Wat Don Yang, Wat Na Phak Khuang, Ban Tha Kham, Ban Don Samran, Bangsaphan School, Bangsaphan Kindergarten, and Ban Chamuang.

The initiative is part of the “Steel Industry Knowledge Development into Local Curriculum” project, which has been running since 2012 in collaboration with Sahaviriya Steel Group, local schools, and the community. The program developed and integrated a localized curriculum in eight Bangsaphan schools, officially approved by school boards for classroom implementation.

The project aims to encourage young learners to connect with their environment and community, while equipping them with knowledge and skills relevant to their local context. At the same time, it provides a platform for employee volunteers to transfer specialized knowledge of the steel industry, fostering meaningful connections between the industry and the next generation. Ultimately, the initiative contributes to sustainable community development, improved quality of life, and environmental stewardship.

อบก.มอบเกียรติบัตรเอสเอสไอ ร่วมทดสอบแพลตฟอร์มคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์องค์กร

โครงการดังกล่าวมีเป้าหมายสนับสนุนองค์กรไทยให้สามารถติดตามและประเมินคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์อย่างเป็นระบบ เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกและบรรลุเป้าหมาย Net Zero ในอนาคต “เอสเอสไอ” ได้เข้าร่วมทดลองใช้งานแพลตฟอร์ม เพื่อจัดเก็บและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการปล่อยคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์ขององค์กรพร้อมนำข้อมูลมาพัฒนาการจัดการด้านพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อมภายในโรงงานอย่างต่อเนื่องและเป็นรูปธรรม สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นของเอสเอสไอ ในการเป็นผู้ผลิตเหล็กชั้นนำที่ขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรมอย่างยั่งยืนและเป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม

TGO Awards Certificate to SSI for Participating in Corporate Carbon Footprint Platform Pilot

Mr. Tanongsak Kaengkhan, Vice President – Head of Manufacturing Division of Sahaviriya Steel Industries Public Company Limited (SSI), received a certificate of recognition for participating in the “Corporate Carbon Footprint Platform Pilot Project toward Net Zero (Phase 2)” from Dr.Natarika Wayuparb Nitiphon, Deputy Executive Director, Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO), at the project’s closing seminar held at TK. Palace Hotel & Convention.

The project aims to support Thai organizations in systematically tracking and assessing their carbon footprint, driving greenhouse gas reduction, and achieving the country’s Net Zero target in the future. SSI participated in the platform trial to collect and analyze its organizational carbon footprint data, applying the insights to continuously and tangibly enhance the company’s energy and environmental management within its operations. This reflects SSI’s strong commitment to being a leading steel producer that advances sustainable and environmentally responsible industrial development.

SSI Drives Organization and Community with “Moral Credit”
Recognized as a “Moral Promotion Organization” by the Moral Center of Thailand

Sahaviriya Steel Industries Public Company Limited (SSI), represented by Ms. Suriya Duangmanee, Head of Human Resources & Administration (left), received the honorary plaque “Private Sector Moral Promotion Organization with Moral Credit System, 2025” from H.E. Nurak Mapraneet, Privy Councillor (right), at the 14th National Moral Assembly, held at IMPACT Forum, Muang Thong Thani.

SSI has been recognized as a private sector organization that drives positive change through the Moral Credit system, a mechanism designed to encourage and sustain good deeds among employees and communities. The system not only strengthens organizational standards in ethics and well-being but also delivers tangible behavioral outcomes, supporting sustainable development for the company, society, and the nation.

At the event, the SSI Group also showcased its corporate sustainability initiatives and joined hands with three model moral communities from Bangsaphan District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province—Ban Ma Rong, Ban Thang Sai, and Ban Raharn—to present their achievements in building resilient and value-driven communities.

Moral Credit is a system established by organizations or communities to encourage and recognize good deeds. It serves as a motivational tool by offering rewards, scholarships, welfare opportunities, and public recognition—ultimately fostering a culture of integrity and sustainability in society.

ยกระดับสินค้าประมงพื้นบ้านบางสะพาน เหล็กสหวิริยาจัดอบรมแปรรูปมาตรฐาน

กลุ่มเหล็กสหวิริยา (SSI-TCRSS-TCS-PPC-BSBM-WCE) ร่วมกับ สำนักงานประมงอำเภอบางสะพาน จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “โครงการพัฒนาศักยภาพประมงพื้นบ้านอย่างยั่งยืนตามมาตรฐานของกรมประมง” เพื่อส่งเสริมความรู้ด้านการทำประมงที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ยกระดับกระบวนการผลิตและการตลาดสินค้าประมงพื้นบ้านให้ได้มาตรฐาน ปลอดภัยต่อผู้บริโภค และสามารถแข่งขันได้ในตลาด ณ ที่ทำการสมาคมชาวประมง อำเภอบางสะพาน จังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก นายถาวร โรจนะรัตน์ ประมงอำเภอบางสะพาน เป็นประธานเปิดการอบรม มีสมาชิกกลุ่มประมงพื้นบ้านในพื้นที่รวม 13 กลุ่มเข้าร่วม ประกอบด้วย กลุ่มประมงน้ำจืด กลุ่มประมงชายฝั่ง กลุ่มประมงนอกชายฝั่ง และกลุ่มแปรรูปสัตว์น้ำ จำนวน 40 คน
ทั้งนี้กิจกรรมประกอบด้วยการบรรยายหัวข้อ “การทำประมงพื้นบ้านอย่างยั่งยืนตามแนวทางกรมประมง” และ “หลักการแปรรูปและสุขอนามัยในการผลิตสินค้าประมง” ซึ่งครอบคลุมมาตรฐานสุขลักษณะเบื้องต้น ได้แก่ GHP และ HACCP เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยของสินค้า พร้อมทั้งการลงพื้นที่ตรวจเรือประมงพื้นบ้านและให้คำแนะนำจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญของกรมประมง การอบรมในครั้งนี้ยังมุ่งเสริมสร้างศักยภาพการบริหารจัดการกลุ่ม การทำงานร่วมกันอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และการประสานความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชน เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานของกลุ่มประมงพื้นบ้านเป็นไปอย่างเข้มแข็งและยั่งยืน

SSI Group Enhances Local Bangsaphan Fisheries with Standardized Processing Training

SSI Group (SSI–TCRSS–TCS–PPC–BSBM–WCE), in collaboration with the Bangsaphan District Fisheries Office, organized a practical workshop under the project “Capacity Building for Sustainable Small-Scale Fisheries in Line with the Department of Fisheries Standards.”

The program aims to promote environmentally friendly fishing practices while upgrading local fishery production and marketing processes to meet food safety standards and strengthen competitiveness. The training took place at the Bangsaphan Fisheries Association Office, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, and was officially opened by Mr. Thavorn Rojanaratan, Bangsaphan District Fisheries Officer. A total of 40 participants from 13 local fishing groups—including freshwater, coastal, offshore, and seafood processing groups—took part.

Key sessions included lectures on “Sustainable Small-Scale Fishing Practices in Line with the Department of Fisheries Guidelines” and “Principles of Processing and Hygiene in Fishery Products,” covering basic standards such as GHP and HACCP. The program also featured field inspections of local fishing boats with expert recommendations from the Department of Fisheries.

The initiative further focused on strengthening group management capacity, enhancing collaboration among members, and fostering partnerships with public and private sectors to build resilience and sustainability for Bangsaphan’s small-scale fisheries.
