Khun Win Viriyaprapaikit, President of Sahaviriya Steel Industries Public Company Limited (SSI), recently led the management team of Bangkok Office joining “Half Year Goal Program Presentation 2009“at Sahavira Group Conference Room, Rama III, Bangkok. The objective is to give a company direction, allow each division/department manager present their Goal program of 2009 and to enhance a good relationship among team. There were 50 managers participated in this event approximately. Completion of such program was ended with the presentation of “the Best Presenter” to Khun Poranee Wanasiri , Office Manager – IT (Level 4) Office.

เมื่อเร็วๆ นี้ นายวิน วิริยประไพกิจ กรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ บริษัท สหวิริยาสตีลอินดัสตรี จำกัด (มหาชน) นำคณะผู้บริหารสำนักงานกรุงเทพฯ เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม “Half Year Goal Program Presentation 2009“ณ ห้องประชุมเครือสหวิริยา พระราม 3 กรุงเทพฯ เพื่อแถลงนโยบายการดำเนินงานของบริษัทสำหรับครึ่งปีหลัง 2552 และเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้บริหารแต่ละฝ่าย /สำนัก ได้นำเสนอผลการดำเนินงานในครึ่งปีแรกและแผนการดำเนินงานในความรับผิดชอบสำหรับครึ่งปีหลัง อีกทั้งยังเป็นกิจกรรมเชื่อมความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้บริหารในองค์กรอีกด้วย โดยมีผู้บริหารเข้าร่วมจำนวนกว่า 50 คน หลังจบกิจกรรมการนำเสนอได้มีการมอบรางวัลแก่ผู้นำเสนอแผนงาน ยอดเยี่ยม ได้แก่ คุณภรณี วรรณศิริ ผู้จัดการฝ่าย Level-Office Manager- IT (Level 4) Office
Sahaviriya Steel Industries Public Company Limited or SSI supported the “Pee Pua Nong Jak Phong Phuean Pragun of Year 2009 (Older Ones to Younger Ones from Insurance Comrades of Year 2009)” Project initiated by the insurance business news reporters. In this event, Mr. Padungsak Pranudomrat, Public & Community Relations Office Manager submitted ‘SSI…Iron-Man Saves the World’ trash bins to be used at Wat Pak Klong Phra Archan School and 9 network schools in Bang Somboon Sub-district, Ongkarak District, Nakhon Nayok Province with aim to cultivate discipline on cleanliness awareness of the students. In addition, fictional cartoon which contains knowledge on steel titled ‘University of Steel Mine” have also been presented to the library for the benefit of the youth here, which has been received by Mr. Phadungsak Anodas, Director of Wat Pak Klong Phra Archan School including groups of teachers and students.
บริษัท สหวิริยาสตีลอินดัสตรี จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือเอสเอสไอ ร่วมสนับสนุนโครงการ “พี่เพื่อน้องจากผองเพื่อนชาวประกันปี 52” ของคณะผู้สื่อข่าวธุรกิจประกัน โดยนายผดุงศักดิ์ ปราณอุดมรัตน์ ผู้จัดการสำนักประชาสัมพันธ์และชุมชนสัมพันธ์ ส่งมอบถังขยะ “เอสเอสไอ…ฅนเหล็กรักษ์โลก” สำหรับติดตั้งในโรงเรียนวัดปากคลองพระอาจารย์และโรงเรียนในเครือข่าย ต.บางสมบูรณ์ อ.องครักษ์ จ.นครนายก 9 โรงเรียนเพื่อร่วมปลูกฝังความมีวินัยด้านการรักษาความสะอาด พร้อมกันนี้ได้มอบหนังสือการ์ตูนสารคดีเสริมทักษะความรู้เกี่ยวกับเรื่องเหล็กเรื่อง “มหา’ลัย เหมืองเหล็ก”ให้แก่ห้องสมุดโรงเรียนให้เยาวชนได้ศึกษาหาความรู้อีกด้วย โดยมีนายผดุงศักดิ์ อะโนดาษ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนวัดปากคลองพระอาจารย์ เป็นผู้รับมอบพร้อมกับคณะอาจารย์และนักเรียน

Recently the management and the staff of Sahaviriya Steel Industries Plc. or SSI celebrated the successful production of up to 20 million tons of hot-rolled steel sheet in coils, the nation’s first company that reached this highest level. SSI is the Thailand’s first manufacturer of hot-rolled steel sheet in coils with production base in Bang Saphan District, Prachuap Khirikhan Province. SSI has an integrated investment in midstream to downstream projects ranging from the Hot Strip Mill, the Cold Strip Mill, the Electro-Galvanizing Line, the Deep-Sea Port, and the Engineering Service Business, Consequently, SSI’s facilities at the Bang Saphan Steel Industrial Estate has become ASEAN’s largest production base of flat steel products.
